Text Box: By using the LASERSTOP 4080/4082 laser thread control system, a multitude of faults can be detected during the weaving process. Normally the weaving machine will be switched off by the thread control system after the detection of a fault. The LASERSTOP 4080/4082 thread control system makes possible - The detection of broken threads and nests in the open front and/or back shed positions. - The detection of broken threads at the yarn run-in position that fall out from the yarn sheet either above and/or under the warp threads. - The surveillance of capillary faults on the surface of the woven cloth. The LASERSTOP 4080/4082 thread control system can be used on working widths - up to 20 metres in the case of thread breaks and shed surveillance - up to 5 metres in the case of capillary surveillance
