MOD. LASER 350

Automatic machine for the HIGH SPEED LASER cut, die-cut, kiss cut, numbering and engraving of self-sticking material, paper, cardboard and any other material on rolls.
The machine LASER 350 is entirely tool free and the programming is made directly from PC. Designed to grant high performances the machine can work in line with digital printing, silk-screen printing and hot stamping machine or off line.

GALVANOMETRIC SYSTEM

Galvanometric movement of the laser beam

LPS (label positioning system)

Innovative control system for precise positioning on the longitudinal axis (X), of the label to be cut. The system memorises the label length and places them under the cutting area granting for the maximum precision.

CONTROL SYSTEM ON THE CROSS AXIS (Y)

Centring device on the cross axis (Y) of labels, necessary when the print is not perfectly centred on the web.

CUTTING PROFILE (EPS)

The drawing of the cutting profile can be made using any graphic program generating EPS files (Corel Draw®, Freehand®, Illustrator®).

DATA SAVING

Possibility to save all working programs including cutting profile and machine parameters.

TECHNICAL SERVICE
